DAVID VINCE

CEO

David Vince

David has an extensive background in commercial banking and has spent the last 33 years leading two successful Indigenous Financial Institutions, including his current role as CEO of Two Rivers Community Development Centre. His experience spans small and medium business financing, export financing, accounting, and developing financing solutions tailored to the unique needs and environment of Indigenous Entrepreneurs. He’s also played a key role in establishing Aboriginal Impact Capital and contributed to key projects such as developing a credit risk model and helping to establish strategic business plans for multiple Indigenous Financial Institutions.

Jordan Smith

Jordan, a member of the Bay of Quinte Mohawk community, resides on the Six Nations Reserve where he spent his formative years and received his education. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Honours) from Brock University, he pursued a Master’s degree in Economics with a specialization in finance from the University of Guelph. Jordan now works as the Senior Loans Manager at Two Rivers Community Development Centre, where he collaborates with Indigenous enterprises to secure financing solutions and foster their ongoing prosperity.

RACHEL MARTIN

Business Support Officer

Rachel Martin

Rachel Martin, a proud member of Six Nations, brings over 25 years of experience as a Business Support Officer at Two Rivers Community Development Centre. Her commitment to the community is evident in the successful implementation of impactful projects such as the “Shop Local/Shop Native” initiative, Street Banner Project, Six Nations and Mississauga of the Credit Nations Annual Business Directory and Break into Business Camps for local youth.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Rachel is a seasoned entrepreneur, having owned and operated several thriving small businesses like BU Photo Booth Rentals. She currently serves as the Chair of the Six Nations Economic Development Trust and the Six Nations Arts Council/The Red Barn, as well as a member of the Six Nations Economic Development Corporation Board. Her dedication extends to volunteering at the Kitchener Blues Festival for over a decade and advising “Project Skate Park – Six Nations” for 9 years.

Outside of work, Rachel indulges her creativity through stained glass artistry with her daughter. Her ultimate happiness comes from cherishing moments with her adult children, exemplifying the importance of work-life balance and family-centered values.

GINGER P. SMITH

Ginger's Bio

Ginger P. Smith

Ginger P. Smith is a dedicated member of the Two Rivers CDC team, serving in the Finance Department since 1989. A proud Six Nations Mohawk community member, Ginger brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. Outside of her work at Two Rivers CDC, Ginger is also the owner of GS Distribution, a part-time business she has successfully run since 1985.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Ginger is a passionate volunteer for a professional Men’s Fastball team. Her responsibilities include booking accommodations, managing bookkeeping tasks, and maintaining computerized scorekeeping for player statistics. This role highlights Ginger’s strong organizational skills and commitment to supporting her community’s sports initiatives.

In her spare time, Ginger prioritizes her family, cherishing moments with her two daughters and husband. With a deep sense of community and a strong work ethic, Ginger embodies the values of Two Rivers CDC and continues to make a positive impact both in the workplace and beyond.
