Who We Are

We love what we do & helping you!

Securing funding for business development and start-up has historically posed a major challenge for the advancement of First Nations economies. In response to this issue, the establishment of Two Rivers Community Development Centre aimed to provide the necessary support for the creation of a thriving economy and robust community.

Two Rivers CDC was founded in 1996 through the merger of the Six Nations Community Development Corporation and Touch The Sky Business Development Centre. The choice of the name “Two Rivers” was deliberate, symbolizing the significant historical role that the Grand and Credit Rivers play in the First Nation communities.

Regarded as a trusted steward of community funds, Two Rivers is tasked with effectively managing financial resources and programs to offer sustainable financing and support to Aboriginal entrepreneurs in Southern Ontario. Governed by a Board of Directors possessing deep expertise in local economies, Two Rivers operates with transparency and independence from political influences.

Many clients, as well as public and private organizations within the communities, consider Two Rivers their preferred lending partner.
