Introducing Austin Sault, owner of Three Flames CrossFit and a passionate advocate for health and wellness in the New Credit and Six Nations communities. A dedicated coach and community leader, Austin’s day begins at 3:30 a.m., leading early morning training sessions followed by coaching from 6 to 9 a.m. all before continuing to work throughout the day.
What started in 2020 with just 20 members has grown to over 90 by 2025. This growth reflects not just the popularity of the gym, but the deep impact Three Flames CrossFit has had in shifting the local culture around fitness, health, and community support. Austin’s vision goes beyond building physical strength he’s working to combat childhood obesity, address trauma through movement, and encourage people to challenge themselves in a supportive, high-energy environment.

Driven by passion rather than profit, Austin never set out to make money. Instead, he simply wanted to help those around him. That purpose continues to fuel his journey as the gym expands into a new space to meet rising demand. Every session, every member, and every milestone is part of a larger mission to transform lives and uplift the community.

As Austin reflects on his progress, he remains grounded in gratitude: “I’m just thankful I got the chance. A lot of work has been put in.” His message is clear when you find your purpose, the impact follows.
